By accessing TTSQL, creating an account, connecting a database, or using the API, you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of account and billing information.

You must use TTSQL in compliance with applicable law and your internal data policies.

You may not misuse the service, bypass limits, or attempt unauthorized access.

Service use
TTSQL provides text-to-SQL generation, query validation, optimization, analytics, and related data workflow features.

Generated SQL should be reviewed before use in sensitive or destructive workflows.

Database owners remain responsible for permissions, access scope, and execution decisions.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

Liability and warranties
TTSQL is provided as a software service. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect damages.

You are responsible for backups, database access policies, and production execution safeguards.

We are not liable for losses caused by misuse, incorrect configuration, or unreviewed generated SQL.

Enterprise agreements may define additional commitments, support terms, or SLAs.
